Bimala joined the Kopila in 2067 starting year of Kopila School as a class K.G grade teacher. Her role is to support the kids in learning and their academics development. She has teaching experience at government school till 10 years. And then it's been 10 years teaching here. She holds bachelor's degree in Heath education. She is really hardworking lady with full of potential. She is also a ECV coordinator as she carries lots of responsibilities. She gets the best teacher award this year (2080). She is good at leading and inspires every teacher working in ECV. She loves child so much and gives the best way of learning. She is a nature lover and care for the plants over in school and surroundings around her.

He is a passionate technology and development professional who believes that technology is most meaningful when it is used to create positive change and make people’s lives and work easier. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application. With over 15 years of experience in information technology, e-governance, data management, digital systems, and organizational development, he has worked with government institutions and development organizations to strengthen the way people, information, and technology come together.

Hikmat, born and raised in the mountains of Nepal, embodies resilience and determination. Raised by a strong single mother, he learned early on the value of hard work and perseverance. Pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Studies at Mid-Western University, he honed his leadership skills as a teacher and later as a Principal at Roseland Academy School in Surkhet. It’s been three years since he joined the school and currently serves as the CBT supervisor. As an alumnus of Kopila Valley School, he feels immensely about the organization, the juniors he dearly calls 'sisters' and 'brothers'. Every day, he continues to inspire others with his journey of growth and success.

Suraj was born and raised in surkhet was fascinated in colors and creative ideas since his childhood. He is working at Kopila Valley School as an ECA Co-ordinator and Art Teacher from 7 years. He completed his Higher Education from Birendranagar Bahumukhi Campus and Lalitkala Campus. Recently, he is doing bachelors in fine arts from Lalitkala Campus Bhotahity Bathmandu. He is an visual artist and his works are based on live painting, imagination, design, sculpture and graphic design. Suraj believes that everything is art and art can change the world. He did different art exhibition in Kathmandu during his exhibition he found that art can assist children to heal their negativity and hyperactive. Art helps children to express their feelings, idea and co-ordination brain and hand. According him, Art is everything you can imagine is real .

Hikmat, an Enrichment Officer at KVS, is a passionate individual driven by a deep desire to create positive change in the world. With an academic background in computer science and an insatiable curiosity that transcends traditional boundaries, He firmly believes in the transformative power of education. As he loves to be called a dreamer, He advocates for freedom and liberty, valuing the importance of expressing ideas and opinions. Having worked extensively with diverse groups of youth, students, and children, He understands the immense potential of education to empower individuals to reach their full potential. With a versatile skill set and unwavering commitment, He brings a unique perspective to the table, aiming to foster innovation and promote inclusivity to build a more equitable and prosperous future for all.

Himani Shahi born in Jumla and then study as well as complete her intermediate from there. She is working at Kopila Valley School since 4 and half years. She is very dedicated and hardworking. She loves to dance and have 10 years of strong experience. She got best teacher award and working in Advance boarding school as a dance teacher, coordinator of pre-primary and primary school. She have lots of Montessori training certificates. She have high level of self-esteem and confidence with her. Himani is a good singer she used to sing in so many programs in Kopila. She loves kids and always support the teachers with their problems.

Sunita Shahi, from Birendranagar-4 in Surkhet, is a young, energetic, and hardworking employee at Kopila Valley School. With 6 years of experience as a helper, she is known for her dedication and punctuality in completing every task assigned to her. Sunita’s enthusiasm extends beyond her work—she loves dancing, having fun, and interacting with the children, bringing joy to those around her. She mainly works in the ECV area, where she handles cleaning, serving snacks and lunch, washing dishes, and assisting in different departments. Her friendly nature has made her well-liked among her colleagues, and her strong belief that hard work is the key to success drives her to give her best every day. Sunita Shahi feels grateful to be part of Kopila Valley School, where she can contribute to the well-being of the students and staff.

Khima was born in Dailekh and raised in Kanchanpur was fascinated to work at Kopila Valley School since her childhood.She is working at KVS as a store incharge and contributing KVS from 8 years. She has completed her Higher Education from Shree Laxmi Mabi Kanchanpur. Especially,she is responsible to order, distributes and keep track of stationary materials. Khima believes in power of hard work to achieve success in life and is more delighted to spend time with children.

Bipen, hailing from Mahawai Kalikot, was born and raised with a deep fascination for computers. His passion led him to teach himself how to code. After completing his BCA, Bipen secured a job as an intern. After three months of internship, he was promoted to the position of IT Assistant at Kopila Valley School. He uses his skills to help students and teachers learn and use technology. Bipen’s job is to help with all things IT at the school.

Born and raised in Sunsari, Sawana was always passionate about education. She started teaching at a young age, tutoring her neighbors and friends. After graduating from high school, she moved to Kathmandu to pursue her bachelor's degree in education. She then went on to get her master's degree in inclusive education. Sawana is a dedicated teacher who is passionate about helping all students succeed. She believes that all children have the right to a quality education, regardless of their abilities. She is committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where all students feel welcome and supported. In addition to her teaching duties, Sawana is also involved in the sustainability team at her school. She is passionate about reducing waste and creating a more sustainable future. She works with the team to find ways to compost food scraps, recycle paper and plastic, and reduce energy consumption." Sawana is a valuable asset to her school community. Mina was born in India and raised in Birendranagar,Surkhet is always fascinated to do administrative works. She completed her Higher Education from South Asian Scholars Academy in management faculty and recently she is doing her Bachelors in business studies in Gyan Sindhu college. She is working at Kopila Valley School as an Admin Trainee and responsible to Assist in administrative works . She is more enchanted to explore Nature .

Karuna, an Admin secretary at Kopila Valley School is one of the graduate of KVS. She is the first batch of KVS,after her Higher Education she joined KVS as a admin Assistant. She is contributing KVS from 7 years. She did her Bachelors from Siddhapaila Campus in Business Studies and recently she is doing her Masters in social work from Mid western university. Especially, she handles school admission, Dashain camp and other administrative tasks. She has a deep passion for personal growth and continuously seeks opportunity to learn and develop new skills. She is more curious about the creation of nature.

Poonam is an educator who chooses to be in the field as a conduit for positive change, driven by a genuine desire to contribute to helping children help themselves. She identified a significant alignment between social work, which she is a graduate of, where she embraced the values and ethics integral to the program, and those of the KVS. This alignment greatly supports her work as an educator, allowing her to approach teaching with trauma-informed and strength-based methods, helping children at Kopila flourish emotionally and academically. She finds joy in being present for them as they express their emotions and pose conflicting queries.

Dan Bahadur Singh, from Mahawai-2 in Kalikot, joined Kopila Valley School in 2075 B.S. as the Store Incharge. In this role, he is responsible for managing the school's supplies, ensuring that materials such as notebooks, pens, markers, and other essentials are available for both students and staff. Dan takes great care in organizing and distributing these materials, making sure the school's needs are always met. His meticulous approach to managing the store reflects his dedication to the school community. Beyond his responsibilities, Dan Bahadur Singh has a deep love for children, and his kind, supportive nature makes him well-regarded among students. His role is essential in keeping the school running smoothly, and his commitment to both his work and the students makes him a valued and respected member of Kopila Valley School.
