Puja Adhikari

Puja comes to us with a strong background in both science and education, and a positive energy for community work. She holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University) in India and a Bachelor's in Botany from Butwal Multiple Campus. Over the years, she has combined her academic knowledge with a passion for teaching and creating social shift.

Before joining us, Puja worked as a Teach For Nepal Fellow, where she taught science to secondary students and led various school initiatives. She’s also been involved in research, environmental education, and community projects; from leading student exhibitions to coordinating awareness campaigns. Her ability to balance classroom teaching, project coordination, and mentoring really shows her dedication and versatility.

Outside the classroom, Puja was into many roles such as coach, team leader, coordinator and has even won awards like Best Coach at the Rastrapati Running Shield, 2081 and Best Delegate at NYCCC. Her energy, creativity, and genuine care for others make her a perfect fit for science team.

She is excited, curious and looking forward to be part of the Kopila Valley family, and we’re just as excited to have her on board. Welcome, Puja!
